How Our Office Organization Process Works
Every office is different, so we’ll start by talking about your space, what you’d like help with, and your goals for the project. Some clients need help with paperwork and files, while others may want us to organize their desk, office closet, bookshelves, cubbies, supplies, or the entire office.
1. Decluttering Your Office — Optional
If you’d like help decluttering before we organize, we’ll work alongside you to sort through the items in your office and decide what you’d like to keep, toss, or donate. This can include paperwork, files, office supplies, items in your office closet, books, and more.
Decluttering is completely optional. If you want to keep everything you currently have, we can skip this step and go straight into organizing.
2. Organizing Your Office
Once decluttering is complete, or right from the start if you don’t need help decluttering, we’ll begin organizing your office.
What we organize will depend entirely on your space and what you need help with. We can organize paperwork, files, desks and drawers, office supplies, closets, cabinets, bookshelves, cubbies, and other areas of your office.
3. Creating Systems That Work for Your Office
As we organize, we’ll create systems based on what you have and how you actually use your office. Our goal is to give everything a designated place so it’s easier to find what you need, put things away, and keep your office organized after we leave.
